Yeah i forgot about that i was a huge fan of the spice girls , I still remember sitting in front of the tele with my dad , watching the spice girls in concert in belgium !!

With me it was more like progressive trance all the way... but since that is so hard to find, I mostly listened to trance... which didn't satisfy me in fact... and then I hear DnB... the rest is history

héhé..
like the other thread it's not dnb all the way...
soul jazz, ragga, reaggea, hiphop(not the rnb hiphop'fakers')
things like that...
I even can appriciate some techno since my brother drives me around with his car...
anyway..When I'm listening to dnb I feel that I really love it...
maybe you can stay into the dnb 'cause you have the differents tyles in it...(jungle,chill, darkstep, techstep,............)

My first CD was Genesis - invisible touch
My DnB story: started spinnin' hiphop, but after a while I wanted that the crowd danced heavier. Suddenly found out 'bout DnB on a DJ course (Wontime was givin' the DnB course) and so I discoverd DnB (and off course the man called Wontime) and never stopped liking it!

wot got me into dnb:
a friend of my sister lend me a compilation cd with "it's like a jazz thing" on and another with "here come the drums" on it
i think those tracks r a good reason to get into dnb

First cd was nevermind of nirvana. The doors, pink floyd, the velvet underground. Then came dnb, also listen very often to goa and electro.

First CD that I bought myself.... Appetite for destruction by Guns n' Roses..... 
Yeah well, you know how those things go, don't you peops...
Afterwards it went to all directions (alternative, grunge, punkrock, hardcore, hiphop, soul, funk, jazz, 60's-70's-80's classics, deephouse, techhouse, elektro, techno, even classical, break and broken beats and DRUM 'N' BASS!!
Nowadays I listen to all those things, with temporary preferences for one genre...
