I suspect that the "cyber slang" word "pwn" was actually derived from someone accidentally striking the P key, which is right next to the O key, while he was trying to write "own." Because of this person's incredible superiority complex, they tried to pass it off as a new slang word, rather than admit they made a mistake. After seeing words like "pwnsauce", "roflcopter", "jewtabega", "lollerskates", and "douchebacca", I honestly fear for future generations of humans.
