I would agree that it's got a Mr. Ozio feel to it due the bass line used. The overall song lacks variety, although the melody and the drums go together well. The drums for sure need some work, not so much on adding further drums, but just bring a more full sound to them. They have a little more presence after 2:00, but still need to be tuned up.
This is the best work that you have posted thus far, so keep working on it. The drop needs to be brought forward into the song or brought in a little harder at 0:23. Work on the drum samples, they have too much of a "tiney" sound to them. Your levels also need to be checked on the bass line at 2:00 as there is a bit of distortion, that if cleaned up with give a smoother sound the the bass line.
Rating... hmm... lets say 2/5 for now.

distortion can't be cleaned up with the program I use.
