Hehe in my place it's quite common that people from age of 13-14 starts drinking alcohol.. there is no problem to buy you just say that it's a present for your uncle or whatever ;] btw it's prohibitted to sell these things to people under 18 years but nobody gives a fuck. But I don't think that situation is very alarming... It's not a big adventure to drink.. I guess if it will be really strictly prohibitted loads of teenagers will drink just becouse they can't and becouse it's "adventurous"

exactly, you ban it and they want it. forbidden fruit.
sometimes rules are just something to fall back on when you cannot admit your own problem. excessive drinking and smoking are not the problem, it's the attitudes and mind sets that need to feed on it that are the problem. drinking in large amounts is only a symptom. a symptom rather be ignored.
so then they make rules against having these symptoms.
they get money from breaking these rules.

on a simular topic holland, the same place with no smoking or drinking limit(, ya?,) also found out taking away all driving rules, like street lights and street signs that direct traffic is actual safer. it forces everyonet o be equals, and to keep constant eye contact with who's around and be aware of what's going on.

Damn I'm sure you can find some Aftershock somewhere. My brother and I used to drink it and spend like an hour or 2 trying to get the candy outta the bottom.

Aftershock is a liquor that has crystallized sugar candy at the bottom of the bottle. They boil alcohol and sugar together and then pour it in the bottom of the bottle and it crystallizes........completely covering the bottom of the bottle with sugary alcohol. Apparently people waste whole hours trying to obtain the sweet sweet poison. It's like poisonous rock candy!!
