i think my speakers are clipping (might be cause theyre messed) your drum loops cuts at the end...try pitching it down a tiny bit...dont like that hoover sample...sounds kind of...ehhh...i dunnoo...well you said you are anew producer so its not absolutely horrible...iots better than a lot of stuff ive heard on here believe it or not...imho for a first [iece of work its not horrible, but its not great....
keep it up...

This one's good, youjust need to learn how the structure goes. check out help in the producer section.
also variations would hlep too at the end of ever 4 or 8 bars.

Drum loop is a little bit bad timed, and sometimes there is a silence for a very short while (in the drums).
(if you are using fruity loops, try the slicer).
Drums need more variation, try to make some beats by yourself, or chop this break (with the slicer).
Bassline is not varied enough, it's just 2 notes!
There are some other things like effects, they are okay, but add some more.
Basicly this track is just 2 or patterns!!!
I mean, I could make this in 2 minutes...
I know you just started producing, but you still have a lot too learn.

Theres not much to be said about this track that already hasnt but i agree with Surora23 cuz i hear the clipping at the beginning of every note on the first synth sound.
Also dont blame everything on the programs you use. And btw what programs are you using anyway?

Intro isn't very exiting
Amen coming in: you can hear a gap when the loop stops and starts again. Fix that.
Hoover sounds a bit dry. Give it a bit of delay and reverb.
This really sounds like you're just starting out so I can't call this very good. Sound is quite allright, but the sounds you use need work, and so does the structure. And put more elements in there, coz now it sounds empty
