Well, I guess Acid can use .wav files, so check out the download section of this site. Should get you started Wink

About the mp3 encoding: read this.

By the way: welcome Big Grin

Well, you can upload it somewhere like on iuma.com or soundclick.com. You'll have to make an account first. Than you can post a link to your tune.
Or you can upload the track to this site (recommended) but for that you need producers rights. You can get them by sending a PM to thechronic and asking for producers rights. But in order to deserve them, you whould post some reviews to tracks that are on this site first.

I'd like to recommend you not to put your first tunes on the internet. With all respect you need more time to know at least the basic of music making. Also you hardly find "samples" that you can put together like puzzle and create a song out of it. It reminds me one of my classmate from high school, who once told me "hey i have this cool programme on playstation and i made two heavy tunes yesterday" ..

no offence tough, I wish you luck with your music and welcome.

that FReq game rocked, it gave you the lines to some wicked song you could remix, like slipknot, and blink 182, and some amazing techno, like crystal method...

i remember my friend seing the music maker 3 program at BlockBuster and saying i sould get it, because i like that thing. it's confusing, how people would fall for a playstation game for music making.

i guess i fall into the genere of music making as a game. you've heard my songs!
