i myself allways use at least one, to get a break 'moving'. and later layer with self tweaked kicks and snares or whatever. but i would like to know which are your favorites, to get some more inspiration/ideas of what might work. anyway, here's mine:
* assembly line: love the rides, ideal for some techy stuff
* son of scorpio: conga madness
* funky nassau: great break, but i find it difficult to process, sounds noisy. but people did some great stuff with it, but can't get near that sound yet
* soul pride: just check it (it's a long one), and you'll see
* kick back: great snares/ghostsnares
so which do you like? please don't say 'tramen'
