I haven't reviewed too many tunes here (due 2 computer problems + such) but this is one of the best tunes i've heard so far. That intro gave me goosebumps with the singing in the background and all those crazy fx. They kinda reminded me of insects.
That drum break is very refreshing. Something bothers me about the kick + snare that come in. I like it ... but maybe something a little bit more punchy.
That bassline has got SOUL!!
Everything after the 2nd drop sounds hurried and I lost the bumps. That bassline needs 2 come back!!

the intro kick's got some nasty kick to it, and the snare is god awfully loud in the high end. othere then the apparant eq problemos, mmm.
i love the bassline in the drop.
the intro kicks got a nasty click on it.
i'd like to find something in there that would be interesting. the ambient vocals, that garble could have been used to some effect, maybe.
fair enough song, i enjoyed it, even though i got a headach from the snare. the bassline rocked, int eh first drop.

very cool intro!!!! its good tomix with...like the sub bass line there...drop...cool sfw...this actually sounds like some metal heads stuff if you made the drums kind of beefy and cumbersome...very simple idea yeah? turned out very good...everything sounds crisp and good...only thing is that its not 100% to my liking but i enjoyted every second of iyt...cheers

Not like your other tracks - but still very nice. Lots of depth in the sounds, beats a bit simple (I know its a steppa - not my style I guess). Bass could use a touch of reverb. What's Cuban about this? Like the bass bends - are you just using pitch shift and automation? Which vst are you using? Awesome variation and reverb on the bass at about 4:20 - you should bring back the dry bass again later. Although this one isn't my style and a bit long - I'll continue to tune in - really diggin' all your productions.

sorry bout the snare.
didnt really spend to much time on the master, gave the high end a little to much drive on the finalizing.
I just loaded up a more polished version with a few extra hooks on my streamer.
you can hear it here...music player
I still want to do a few things to this track, only have 3 evenings into it so far. The drum kit is still dry (no verb or compression) so ill spend another day touchin up levels and eq'in. as for the snare sound.... i guess i just like quick snares, i alost always cut my snares back so they seem to pop and crack like an electric charge with small realease times. some of the kit is passed thru a bit crusher so that might be where you heard the pops on the kit Halph Price.
the b line is albino on sine and square wav analog osclators with very light flanging to get it fat, not enough to clutter the mids. How did i make it punch??? thats my secret.
the pitch bending was acheived by goin mono and using the glide with slight delay on the time so the note changes roll slightly. Vocals are some heavly stretched samples of some spoken word by me, i used samplitude for this, i did multiple stretches adding a slight amount of reverb after each stretch to smooth the gaps doubling caused by time stretching then added some filtering with a quad filter modulating fiter delay and resonance i then added a side chain and passed an extra signal the mix with a bit crusher to get some white noise artifacts for fill around the vocal.
the name was from the fact that i was listening to a lot cuban music during breaks.
glad you guys are mostly diggin this track. Its one of the few tracks i have done that im still enjoying near completion time.

huh havent been back in a bit... very simple the snare in the intro sounds very plain almost borin. youratmos is the beginnning is very nice... the snare is getting beefier. good..
i liketheway the sub pulses... kinda like a heartbeat... very had bobbing typa stuff.. funky.. still though not really my style but you know that...
i like the hats in the beat simple yet give a sort of catchy litttle used car commercial jingle kinda.
dont know...
it all seems like its not going anywhere though,.... it seems to lack forward motion to me..
peace

Aaargh, the title doesn't sound good, I don't like stuff with latino influences... but maybe I should wait and listen before I judge
Quite nice drums again, atmo is nice too, but overall the intro is quite empty.
Drop: distortion sounds a bit digitall, but it's OK. Quite nice how it's going, being relaxed and all.
Nice effects and stuff but after 3 minutes it really starts becoming a bit repetetive. Time for a change.
Ah, melody changes. Try bringing this a bit earlyer on.
Overall, quite nice, but a bit too repetetive.
3/5 for the track
3.5/5 for the sound

Hmm... I must say I din't entirely like this song. I wouldn't know what the latino influences are, and for me it's just too boring. I don't like this kind of basslines, and the beat is too straightforward. Sorry, not my cup of tea.
