You can do midi in buzz yeah, but what do you mean with GUI? You just use the normal Buzz interface, you just have to configure your midi controller.

this brings up a question about a midi controller, what would be a good cheap one.

Buzz doesn't have a pianoroll, no. I've heard there is a VST plugin you can use for that though. But pianoroll is just some sort of interface, it has nothing to do with midi itself. BuzzLE will have a piano roll though

yea, that Albino2, is GOD amazing. but do you notice there is a defiant sound quality drop for vst's in FL? try AbSynth2, stand alone then in FL.

Buzzle is in ALPHA?
quote: |
Almost 100% of all Buzz machines work in BUZZle. |
so if it's almost 100% wouldn't that mean it's a lower precent.
but anyways, the buzzLE looks MAD! that would be enough for me, untill i can scrounge for a midi controller. i am just starting at this music thing, but i really want to be good, this is all very helpful.

no not really...i have a friend in germany who does all of his work in FL with vst's...he currently has 3 hardtrance singles signed...ive tried working with cubase but dont have the patience to work with it 100% yet...id rather try reason as, there are some sounds to be found in reason...but id still just tweak my sounds in reason and program in FL studio...a lot of professionals use it believe it or not....
