and im 100% sure you hate it yourself
if you listen to it
the sounds make me vomit and sick

i hated it too, i tried to make it work, the voice through the entire thing is annoying. i've been trying over and over again with songs, i just havn't been able to make things work that well.
right now i am just gunna look for a better program to work with, and buy some good samples. but other than that, i'll assume he hates every last aspect of the song. 
i dunno, i need some tips frankly,
i am a programmer, not a dj.

I'm not a DJ man....I can spin.....but I'm not a DJ.
As for this song.....it's really not all that bad....I've heard worse!! At least the quality is good....your drums are seriously messed up though man. And that lady needs to be politely shot in the head.
You need some major work on your structure, it seems very offbeat, none of it fits together. Sounds are good......but they don't fit together....it sounds like the drummer is all messed up on downers and can't keep a beat. Wow......it really just jumps all over the place doesn't it?
What is it you think you need the most help with? Start up a thread in the producer's forum or the question and answers forum.....you'll get help from everyone!!

i just cruised rouind the net till i found a nice faq about DnB structure. it was informative.
i have made songs with friends that were quicka dn amazing, and then when i am alone i just make a solo and add them together, instead of making the instruments work together. i am glad about this, it's helped.

what prog do you use? Actually i think the voice is not that bad, maybe just too present and the effect on it are no good. Funny, remind me some old spiral tribe stuff, but they call it experimental at the time...
Give a try to reason as it got everything you need to start with ( sample i mean)
