Thisone is based on an intro I made more than a year and a half ago. I had it right to the drop, where I had one looping bassline and some looping beats. But that doesn't cut it anymore, so I threw in some more basslines and some more drums fore some switching madness...
Not completely satisfied with the sound and structure yet though, so this is only a betaversion
Nice start, try making it this way though: Hats come out of silence, and appear in full sound with the beat
Feeling the melody! wewt
Very nice drop in to the bass, the bass could use more sound though. I dunno what it's called exaclty
but i know it's not quite .:THE:. bass
Nice switches at early 3. At 3:50 the melodic strings are too loud i think, take them down a tiny bit
Loving that piano or whatever it is, i always loved melodic stuff ;> 4:53 = HELL YEAH!! That's some eVil bass there
Hmm.. the switches get a bit repetitive for me.. ;| Beats in some spots could use some more smoothness. They're a bit breaky i think.
Ownage end, very nice dropout from powery stuff to soft and cuddly strings
The track is very nice, even if it's a beta
Try maybe doing what i said above, and maybe something will change to the better side

like the start..
real nice clear synths follow which work well
prefer a darker sound but i'm diggin this bro..
intro bit long
!!!!!!!!
wow, roughneck drums at play
dare i say it a dillinja vibe here?
switchin really makes the track for me
wow, this is top notch man..
great occasional vocal hit
ohh!!
please finish this little beast and my suggestions is to make the intro a little darker add a taster of whats to come...
4/5
peace
The intro cymbals are a bit to much to the front for me, once the beat thickens (0'21'') it's ok.
Strings coming in around (0'43'') are beautiful!!
The sounds coming in on 1'05'' + 1'28'' together are too much for me, it gives me a feeling that you have thrown a bit filling in that way. I'd choose one of both. The second is most suited to glue the hard parts with the softer parts and I like the sound of that more so I would keep that one
.
The sound coming on 2'39'' is again another and doesn't play a analog melody than the previous mentioned, that's no good I think.
Try to find more coherence between those sounds.
The voice is a little tad to 'clear" for me.
The build-ups are done nice and the hard parts are nice. Do I hear some Evol Intent influences?
The strings blend in nice with the hard parts to make transitions in the track.
The track is a beautiful example of buildup-builddown-buildup-builddown. I don't know but maybe it's somewhat to much fitting in that schema?

Well, I thought of that, but it wouldn't be logical unless it would fit in the same mood as the vocoded sound, which it won't I think.
start browsing your enormous dvd collection mate!!! I agree with halph price here! and I'm a sucker for nasty moviesamples
