Shocked irritating start, i was interested, when the stuff comes in, i'm a bit disappointed, though in some seconds beginning to feel it Shocked Nice hopity-hoppy beats Big Grin The bass sounds a bit detuned though :s Add more bassiness to the bass, i think it would be a bit better. Nice melody at 2:00 Shocked , but i don't quite like the sound of the bass, nfiwtf. Try maybe finding something a bit more bassy. When the guy is talking, it's all fine though Tongue The rest is pretty fine, some variation in the track without that many totally different intstruments used Shocked Nice end.

I say: change the sound of the bassy bass and then it'll be a much better track imo.

Keep the trackz comin'! Big Grin

Like the swing step start and love the hats at the drop - carries the tune along nicely. A few nice bass wobbles and sweeps but overall the synths sound a bit soft-synthish and lack any punch. Check out Marisols stuff - he seems to be using soft subtle sounds but they fill the speaker a bit more. Perhaps its over compressed (Ben - at Fanshaw - said he's been taught that compression shouldn't be used unless you started with a crappy source sound - but he's recording mainly live music and hip hop) Again - well written tune - not as complicated as your previous two but still slick as usual.

downloading... ah here we go....

spoken word intriguing Confused Confused

i like the hoover in the backround and the way the voice phases out.. although the beat that comes in is really kinda annoying.. i like the main synth line that is realy interesting....the little sounds touch it off ust right...

that beat is killing me man.. i dont know what it is? swinged out? Confused

your kick drum and your bassline seem to blend really well and thats really good. gives it a gutt wrenching feel of speed to it..

peace

mate i was really feelin your tune 'snake charmer' a while back anyways the review..:

straight away i in to this one
kick's could be a little quieter in places but fuck it, lets roll!!!
nice twisted bassline, all levels are sounding good to me
be nice to know what you made this in???
what ever you used you've got a good live sound , reall energy within the track
great drop! u seem to of opted for a very dj friendly structure in the track and may i say it works
lots of variation in the b-line and enough little breakdowns to keep it sounding new and fresh

very twistd individual imo.. Bigup Bigup Bigup

4/5

G

may i just add that anyone who thinks this is not danceable must have no legs!!! it rocks, man i can dance better to theis style of dnb than any other, check it!! Bigup

Oh well...

Bigup 4 producing! Way to go, brother!

wow, nice speech at the begining....

I don't like the snare...very lo-fi.. try boosting the higher freqs... the kick is very loud, volume it down... the compression kills the bassline when the kick punches..

The melody needs work... I'm not good at melodies myself, but I know when it needs work. It is too repetative....

wow I like this part, the first buildup or sumthing, good EQ... but damnit Cry fix that snare PLEASE!

Nice levels on the track... the voice is with superb EQ and compression...

wow u seem to show improvements in the second part of the tune considering melodies and such... but the main melody, the bass line, is little too loud.. try devoluming it a bit... Wink

Yes, there is energy in this track, but not that much as Glimmer said Smile I like the sub, it's gr8!

And... I DON'T LIKE THE END... come on man, I mean, ending with a delay of a voice sample.... little too empty, sorry Big Grin

That was my oppinion. 3/5

Sorry, but I can't feel the thing other ones were talking about..... Smile Bigup

you have a good way with the melody.
very good useage of samples.
the swinging drums, that's odd, but it goes in soo well.
like the first guy posting said, some points, there just pre-fucking-ect. I love the 303. where did you get that, is it ReBirth.
i could dance to this shit. i love the samples, it's such a good fit, and the tape delay on them is good.
you don't over use the sample either.
albino is very smooth, it's one of my favorites now also. i notice all the effects in it make it only be smooth too, no distortion in it, it's purposful, i'll say that.

Weird groove you got there, cool Big Grin The beats could use a boost though.

Drop @ 2.00 is very nice, but if you gave the beats a boost, it would have more impact for sure!

Very dence prouction again: lots of small background sounds and fillers with a lot of small variations: very nice.

Very nice swinging track again, but boost those drums a bit!

3.25/5 for the track
2.5/5 for the sound
