Please check out my new track 'Dreadlock (Spudley's Dreadnaught Pirate Remix) 25%' and post your comments here!!!
I just started this today......and I really need some feedback on it. Does the bass need to be lower? Are the levels sounding good? Some of the drum work is kinda shotty.....so bear with me on them. I just wanted to rework this song cuz I never felt it was hard enough......and when I discovered the notes for that wierd ass melody....I couldn't resist!!
This track has been deleted because of copyright violation

well the intro is interesting and yes the drums are very shoddy.. they lack depth... at least until the break drops....
man i like the drums so far the bass needs to be brought up...
i think you need to switch up that synth line a bit though... it gets to be very boring after a bit....

synths are just waaaay too cheesy. drum edits are okay but so done.
you could prolly release this on some small uk label cause they usually want to release this crap. im sorry.

Hmmm, so you sampled the original lead and played the same melody. Not sure we can host this on our site. I'll have to talk to the admin about that.
Quite nice what you use for bassline, but give it a bit more bass.
Drums switch nicely, amen sounds quite good, the second drumkit is quite nice too.
Good start, but I'm not sure this track needs a remix anyway.

Pretty interesting.. the start could use some filtering though, more variable drums in the intro would be great i think. The bassline is awesome, i'm lovin' it
The beat+bass in the mid+ending parts of the track are nice too, just add a bit more feel to the beat or something, kinda choppy =\ And the bass could get harder.. much harder
Otherwise, pretty nice track!

yeah......i couldn't really find any other synths that sounded crappy enough.........so i just used the original.......i was thinking about finding something darker for it though.......something really grimey.......it definitely needs some work
surya: every track needs to be remixed!!

main rif sounds good, but it might sound better in the intro with different beats(maybe mess around with the snares a bit), very much like the second drumloop you're using in the second part! Maybe you could make the second part sound more phat with giving the rif xtra sub? Nice one!
