Tons of godd, unique ideas here. I assume you're adding a bit of an intro since the bass just starts at 0:00. The pitching down of the bass (every 5th note?) just before the first drop works to an extent but then it gets too deep and slow. The drop is nice with good attitude. The muffled sound with the glider on it in the left channel doesn't quite fit until 1:42 and again at 5:16 when its backed up by the other sound. It may be helped by opening up the filter or cutoff. Like the high pitched techy bit and the subtle vocal hits, nice! The sound that comes in at 3:00 could be good, but its in the wrong key and needs some reverb to sound like its part of the same song. I love the bongos? way in the background - turn those up a bit and use them as a basis for the rythm of that sound at 3:00. For the last drop at 6:00 maybe add one more layer, or a filter, or another drum layer (something new). This is a good tune, with a really cool feel to it. It has a ton of potential. Just open up some of the sounds a bit more using your eq, and match a few of them better and at some point you will see all these sounds will mesh perfectly and you'll have a really solid track.

Wicked intro, voice samples are very clear and nicely mixed, very much like the main melody, ....though the leads(square wave) that follow aren't as brilliant as the main sound, I think the triggering is good, but maybe you could alter the sound a bit!!! I miss a bit of bass around 1:40, and pehaps some variation on the main melody during 1:40 - 4:00? Overal very good effort!

Intro is good.
Drums have nice drive and punch: good work!
That trance melody is really nice!
Buildup to the drop, with the drumroll, isn't spectacular.
Drop: Nice bassline to go with the trance melody. Fits well together. Too bad it lacks bass and sub. Give it a low end boost! It still sounds like the real thing is still too come. This is due to the fact that the drumms don't roll. Fix that!
Melody that comes in around 3.00 is unneeded and out of key. Ditch it.
Starts out really nice, but sounds like you got out of idears after a while...
2.25/5 for the track
2.25/5 for the sound: fix the bassline

i like the intro, cut the lowest end of the kick and make the bass deeper, to get that authentic DnB sound. and maybe make the lead louder, the mellow whining tht's just below a reasonable sound. the bassline and kick though, there EQ'd to a dance song, not DnB, that's what i think.
might want to make some nice breaks in the drums, like cut themup and just add a random mix in there to help with the variation. good rule is ever 4 loops, something.
before the house chords it woulda been a good time to show off some drum skillz.
some variation int he bassline wouldn't hurt either. i like the rest, the stabs with the lead, and the vocal samples nice, the bassline at 4:20 and that stuff before sounded nice. i like the crackle.
you're probably missing the EQ with bass and kick, imho, that's what i tihnk sticks out at me the most.
at 5:10 the bassline drops down, finaly. need that AFTER the intro!!!!! maybe distort it majorly at this point.
