dude talk about improvement!!!!!! were these loops or did you program these drums?
this sounds liek a squarepusher track...not 100% my style, and some of the levels could use some work...also try to work on that structute, but if youre going for a squarepusher feel this did the trick...
goodjob man...great improvement

i don't like the phased squicking sounds at the start,..
the machine phased soundz gr8 but that.. oh it stopped
so ok...
the reverb or whatever you made to so the main drums jump so much... whel don't please... the drums are great but it looses it when the wooble fro side to side so much..
sometimes is too just the great drum loop... maybe add some fancy flufy thingeys... oh here they are..
the drum is reel rough,, very good...
but the woobly soundz are just too many, and too much jumping from speaker to speaker.
i like it, since i promised i won't say numbers ill tell you how much i like it..
tree point five from five
nice
bye

nice track. bit slow. has an older feel to it.
the amens that come in half way through the song sound a bit muffled...could be too many fiters, bad sample, or you might have cut too much highs off them. other than that the track is cool.
Some nice dark sounds.

good work man. maybe try and something to respond to the bass hits. on the amen you might get some good results by using a gate compressor on em.
keep tearin this one up. still needs some work to keep it rollin but your on the right path.

Your drumloops are ok (samurai & klanga), some nice editing going on there, but (especially in the beginning) they tend to suffer some ducking volumes/gains.
Bass could use some substantial work.
Soundscapes/fx are nice.
But maybe you could try and find a good balance between the soundscapes/drums in order to give the song a more natural feeling?

i agree
the levelinging could use a bit of work
but from what i hear right now, you got the base of a good tune.
i like this 93 feeling to it.
maybe try this to solved your muffled drums
take out the loop that bothers you.
split them over two mix channels and hard pan them
the use some individual panning on the break itself
to get the wide feel. (imo) best things to pan are the little snare bouces in drums, don't "overpan" them cuz then your drums sound prolly too wide.
it also give more room for your kicks & snares.
layer kicks & snare to an individual layer and eq/compress them till they fit the bass.
good work till now, keep this alive!

best thing to do is to open them through the patch window in the nn-xt.
there you can load the rex as a whole file , leaving it's slices where they where.
as you know, each sample.slice becomes accessible for further tweaking and twisting
it's joy!!!!!

Indeed, drums need a boost and a bit more punch.
Try making that filtered bassline just that bit rougher and dirtyer!
Overall, quite nice basis, but the sound is horrible. The drums need a boost and need to fill the frequency spectrum more, especially the hi-end!
2/5 for the track
1/5 for the sound.

Mastering in Reason works just the same as in any other program: miticulously EQ everything to sound at it's best and sounds perfectly in combination with the other sounds, and then adjust the levels on the mixer to finetune everything... That's how I do it. Than I export it to wave and use the Hard Limiter in Adobe Audition (=Cool Edit Pro) to boost the volume a bit.

Nope, but you can try a trial version. But it doesn't improve the soundquality, it only boosts the volume.
