as far as i know... an amen break is my favo break

it's a classic drum loop by the amenbrothers.
wich is pitched up, cutted up and chopped up at various ways. ex. tramen / firefight.
infact it's just a name. like ex. the apache break, blazer, running,... blah blah...
for example...
believe in me by djred is built upon an amen break
and plenty more tracks
infact too much sometimes.

imo an amen-break is a +-randomly chopped up loop you can produce for example with a program called "Amen" (DUH!!) and not whatever da funk you're babbling 'bout!

okok, i'm not that esoteric when it comes to dnb, but it just seemed so obvious: a break-producing program called "Amen"... I can't relocate it on the web either, but i still gotsta ave it somewhere. It looked a lil sumtin like Dr Rex, but only it randomly (via presets fcoz) puts the chopped parts in order.
PS Surya's link doesn't seem to work nemore....
