Next year im going into production arts and technology...(audio Engineer) producing/dj'ing is what you love right? get into the scene...who cares how much loot you make...look a tthechronic...he barely makes enough loot to power this site, but he does cause he loves it, and i would be willing to be hed rather strugle with this site, than be making 100,000$ a year..
atleast i know i would...

Finished electronics this year. I can design hardware, filters, write software, put up communication networks etc. But instead I got a boring job repairing monitors which everyone who can solder could probably do. 
. Well, i could sit and wait untill I get some promotion, or try to find something else which is quite hard since i don't have a lot of time left because of this job, well i'll see... at least I am lucky enough to have a job for now.

better think it over quite good, cause it can determine your future carier: try something your passionate about, or are at least interested in. of all the people who graduated with me, i'm the only one whose passionate about his job, the rest say it's ok, and they urn some money...
on the other hand, you can wind up in a totally different carrier totally not what you studied, and are passionate about that... but if you want to become e.g.an audio engineer, it will be hard finding a job without the proper background/studie. so it might be the effort to look now what you might like
btw; i'm a mining engineer
good luck, i had a hard time figuring it out when i decided to choose my study (and people said i was crazy 
, but just don't lissen to that, and choose yourself )

I studied IT for 4 years, but it was not so much my thing ,so I doubled the two first years, and I quit (so no diplome) because I found the course I'm doing now, which is (bachelor of music -) composition & music technology
it's a 'hbo' course @ the hku in hilversum
since this school year I started with it
don't think I'll ever regret it

bachelor in de orthopedagogie(k)
it's like an educater bur for people with probs
(drugs, no family, elderly people, person with a handicap,....)
I like it, but the longer I'm doing it the more I want more...something else....
like drama....or something like that....

shit im into the same dillema coz im interested into many things: psychology, philosophy, astro-physics,music producing. designer, game-dev, sociologist..i juz can't decide... i juz don't know at what im good at,, fuck i hate this feelin'

I am studying economics.. in other words, how to cheat people to be rich.. I don't really like it but my parents .. and me as well thinks that studying on the university will be quite helpful in future life.. Anyway I am also aplying for Audio Engineering education so hopefully if I pass the exams I will study something I like.

3 years architecture - flunked bigtime in 2nd grade

i'm studying to be a translator of french/spanish and chinese , but i doubt that this would be the right career choice for you s-pact , coz if you're good with music and passionate about it , you should at least try to get in one of those clases

i dropped out of high school because of drugs and the fact that i was a complete outcast due to my unnatural intellegence and need to learn more......and now my life is a complete mess with no job and absolutely no credentials. I have an IQ of 164, but unfortunately that doesn't get you a job in America.......only pieces of paper saying you did your homework does!!! this country sucks my larger left nut!!!!

It isn't much better here Spudleyq, my gf is a very talented webdeveloper, and she even has some great projects on her CV, but she hasn't got any "official" professional experience, so no one wants her till now
