Soldiers in Iraq refused orders to drive oil trucks through the most dangerous territory in Iraq, saying their trucks were unsafe. They aren't being court-martialed, but they are being demoted and FORCED to SERVE LONGER!!!! I don't get it....I just don't get it.

Well, in when you go in the army you know in advance you CAN NOT REFUSE ORDERS. If you do, there WILL be concequences...

i think that they can't make you serve more time than you signed up for. its illegal.. but as things go.. probably they don't care (the officers or the people who made them stay longer)

You know i just got off the soapbox over in the midwest and i think there is a lot of haterism towards amoeba the bountiful sukers of all souls (America)
well deserved too.. we are still in Iraq which i dont understand do you know they are doing voluntary in field reinlistments?

he is hung up over it becouse he is gettin something from it (he is not moral or intelligent enough to fight for morality or understanding)
i actually feel sorry for him, i still think he did wrong, but i think he is controlled.. poor thing.. someone should help him.. kinda teach him the basic moral principles of human existence. or smthn..

i don't hate my whole country.......just most of it......this country is so beautiful.......there's nothing like travelling for 45 mins and seeing the world's largest set of waterfalls!!! so many gigantic parks full of gorges and waterfalls and magnificent scenery......this is such a wonderful land to have a country in........i just hate most of the people and they way they think and live.......not even hate......just disapprove.......it really sickens me sometimes
