Please check out my new track 'Sequoyah' and post your comments here!!!

Okay. This is something totally different from that Jump Right Now thing. It's something I did like two months ago. I have no idea if it's allright. In my opinion it needs a lot more variations and more fx and shit like that. Please give me some good criticism. Thank you so much.

Oh. By the way. There are some glitches (like skips and such) and it is a bit heavily compressed due to recording it through a bad tape machine. U can esp hear that at the end.

the drums sound nice in the intro. I didnt like the first drop. A bit too stange. After the second drop the song improves. ya, the rest of the song is sweet. A bit repetative, but who cares!

Nice one!Spliff

lets skip right too the beat
i like the fill in with the kick drum its one of my favourites.
oooww, gritty high end synth
ok the the tune is bangin and i'm totally feelin it especially the bits where u drop the beat in have a sound or vocal.
i gotta say the bass needs more effects to stray away from the repetitve sound the frequencies generate when heard succesivly

good choice on changin the vibe makes the second drop more darker and anticipated
this is a really good track, i would happily rinse it at a rave.
peace

waw sounds cool the intro. heavy treathning afterwords. nice beats. the light main sound , i dont like. the wisteling tone in the background is cool. creamy basses are cool too. maybe let the high wisteling tone in it. sub sound is good but i think it would sound better if putted under the basskick eachtime, meaning more notes. (could be worse too, got to hear it). snare culd be a bit heavier. nice change in atmo chordies. mmm nice relaxing. then ex^plode? nice drop sudden! but i heavied up (imo). screaming long pitching basslines. after the droop more variation is needed. it takes a bit too long to get to the variation. but its good. outro s forseen on beatmixing, hehe. Bigup nice render.
3,5/5

cheers

Nice intro, good beats, although the snare could be a little snare-sound like, I dont know how to explain Red Face

Nice effects, overall. (especially like the bells)
Break at 1:50 is good, you bring in the bass quite nice, although it would be better if there is just a short silence (or delays rolling out) before you start the bass. (well that's what I think).

The part before the vocals at 2:15. The beat stops too sudden. Nice vocals though, nice echo.

Really like the pad coming in at 3:45, I think that the track gets better there.

Outro could be a little longer, shorten a bit on the rest of the track.

Good track

Intro is quite nice.

Bandpassed bassline is nice.

Drop: Works. Bass could use a boost though.

Quite nice stereo image.

Beats could use a boost overall.

Second drop works too

It's just a tiny bit too much of the same. Try shortening the track a bit (a minute or so) to keep it nice n tight.

Quite nice

3/5

intro is a bit to old skool, sounds like R - TYPE, dont really like the intro but the drop is good, change the pad sounds to something more modern, and add some variation on the b line, the 'bodyrock' style beat which comes in later is nicely done. 3/5

the b line sounds like it was swiped from caliber "drop it down" just with distortion. dunno if you got your inspiration from that track but the b line is identical in the melody. all that aside this track sounds nice but i think the vocals dont fit it to well. mix down seems nice and clean and i liked the pendulum beats you threw in. but agian the b line isnt very original. get those glitches fixed too they threw me off.

hehe, well. to be honest with you, i was listening drop it down a lot at the time of doing this track, the bassline was roughly inspired by it. they're still two different sounds tho. and if you think in terms of melody they are even more far from eachother. still cool that u say it cause you're right about it for a bit!
