I have heard extremely good things about technics headphones...and i jsut purchased a pair...do any of you know how well they work (as they have no been shiped to me yet)...again theyre built to last and have a great frequency response, but what do you guys think?

i am currently using technics rp-f300 headphones and i am quite satisfied.. good sound, they are very loud [maybe too much] only thing i don't like on them is that your ears hurts after some time

I've used the rp-dj1200's a couple of times, and only a few other headphones come close to it. Good choice if you ask me.

I've got Sennheiser Hd500, they're good to mix at home, but when i go mixin at a party i want to kill myself cus i spent 99€ on it, and better bought a closed headphone... Cry

Should have got yourself the HD280's man. they're perfect for spinning. And one of those models that is about as good as the rp-dj1200's. But I'm sure the 500 will also have a great sound.

They do sound great, but the sounds that come are also hearable. That means when spinnin somewhere with alot of noise, you'll have to put them quite hard..
