this isnt very funky other than the miss timed vocals. your tracks would be so much better if you didnt try to sing in them all the time. that bass vocal was very original Bigup

sorry bro but im the type of person who cant swallow commercial crap.
It just doesnt hold water as a dnb track. Its not easy to produce drum n bass, you have to add different things all the way through the track. your style seems to follow hip hop as in one break one maybe two basslines. try listening to some old eek a mouse or other soulfull reggea and take note of how dynamic the songs are as a whole. notice the random sounds that fit flawlessly. In my opinion hip hop just isnt a strong enough musical background for drum n bass. dnb is still an artform not a corperation, and i would like it to stay that way. try puttin the cheese away for awhile and leave vocals alone till you are more of an acomplished producer. dont get me wrong your production is nice but it is a tad bit boring,meaning there isnt enough elements to grab you without the poor vocals but something tells me you cant take critisism to well....oh well.......i say either make hip hop or leave the hater lyrics in your head.

Sorry dude but im with marisol on this, unless your makin abstract electronica based hiphop, basically all the elements in the two genres are compleatly different, and it does seem like you have a strong hiphop influence, so you need to get alot more creative on the dnb front, build up your techniques and learn to use your tools better ie plugins etc etc

at the moment you sound like somethin outkast would bring out Frown

go and listen to alot more dnb, and if at the end you still feel the style you have now fits and represents you best then then balls to it stay with that...hope that helps

OK, so I have to suck your dick according to the vocals...

I'm sorry but I don't like this at all

Too much vocals, the wrong kind of vocals, too loud vocals and... too much vocals.

The melody is... a bit dull and the sound of it is... a bit dull too.

Drums don't have any power. They don't roll. They're just a bit sloppy.

Bassline is quite ok, but not loud enough, you can hardly hear it...

And having the same cut up vocal all over results in the track sounding the same the whole time... which results in the track being very boring.

Sorry, but I really don't like it!

1/5 for the track
2.25/5 for the soundquality... but what good is good sound if the track isn't good...
