Weird structure, I'm a bit worried for your affection with slow fades. The track progresses quite slowly by itself and the fade ins and outs make it seem even slower. It's a very uncommon technique.

Good basic drum rhythm but could use more variation.

Wide basses again, bad idea. Why does everybody like this so much? Basses should be solid, center, pumping and kicking the living shit out of you!! Making them wide makes them float around like a merry butterfly. Loses all impact. Kills phase coherency. Impossible to put on vinyl. Not mono compatible. bla bla yada yada told this a million times before. Getting tired.

You use too much stereo spreading effects in general!! Even the drums seem to have a stereo enhancer on them, that kick drum is everywhere.

solidify the drums, too stereo. even the bass is stereo. be careful with that epmd sample, i hope theyre cleared my man. its not a bad song, but if you listened to this track on headphones, itll give you a killer headache, just monotone it a bit, itll make a huge difference Big Grin

Like the sound of the snare.
Drums do roll and are quite punchy, so they're quite allright. But the kick is stereo... hmmm
Buildup to the drop is a bit slow but quite allright.
Drop: I expected the bass to drop heavyer. And it sounds a bit digital, which is a pitty.
Adding the sub was a good idear but give your bassline a little boost overall.
Your drums are really static man, give them some variation!
The vocals drown in the mix a bit...

2.25/5
