I think everybody who want to cooperate should take his responsibilty and help cleaning up !

For the sponsoring thing .I think its best if people sponsor like 250 ¤ they should be the first after the dj's and the bills that need to be paid back .

Anyway - sponsoring is gonna be hard, certainly cause we have still absolutely no clue about how big, what to do, ... You need a nice dossier for getting big sponsors - a lot of work for something that prolly won't pay off...

Nice idea for giving a party Bigup

.. Don't wanna break this event down but i think thei're to many people involved with it. Its never easy to getting out of costs.. Be sure you ll win a little bit on the drinks
example:- selling cocktails etc..

Anyway, its always better to organise something with a small group off people who really wanna put there
money in it..With large group of organisators soon or later it will give problems.. been there done that Cry

But anyway.. Just do it and the rest will follow Drink

Don't think a poll is a good idea... We have to sit down with a few ppl, look for a timeframe where we can get the organisation done, look for an available location around that time, and then decide... Just saying "we're gonna do it there" w/o any checking is not that realistic I think Smile
