A bit too happy for my taste, but I guess that's personal... Drums are quite nice but maybe a tiny bit overcompressed? Levels are quite good, maybe turn down the hihats a tad. Structure is quite good. The whole track sounds really synthesiserish and artificial. Try adding some more natural sounding stuff in there.
