I've been looking into it and it's not possible unfortunately... I tried making Surya a 'moderating producer' and I could set all the rights but he would disappear out of the Team page...
It would be the same with making J a moderating DJ.
It doesn't matter since the moderators can access the producer pages with their password anyway 
Only for the list of producers in the main page it would make a difference, but that's going to disappear eventually when I finish the producer pages.

I was wrong, I worked it out but it was not without trouble as Surya found out. The poor bloke couldn't access the forum anymore...
