No, he was talking about a thread full of stuff you could do yourself to make music, like banging your head to the wall and recording the sound and stuff like that...

It was a good joke, DIY is a term that is mainly used in stores that sell stuff like drills, saws, ladders etc. So 'Do It Yourself' means to fix your own sink, paint your own walls etc instead of hiring someone to do it.
This fits in with the toilet seat theme music ofcourse

oh, ok. i have low self estime so it makes me
wrongfuly estimate hostility in others.
but i wouldnt mind a DIY forum.
the truth is that when i make a song all i do
it get realy damned exited then i make a song
as fast as i can that will sound as good as i can
make it.
one i get a better recording set up you better
the how i did it song description would be more
complex. but the funny thing about all these VSTs
is that they can make so many difforent sounds
that if you play your cards right you may never need mike.
