You're delusional. The best thing you can do is use OGG compression I think (instead of MP3). ZIPping (or better, RARing) a WAV file will reduce it's size, but not that much unless there is a lot of silence in them. ZIPping or RARing an MP3 or OGG won't do anything at all to reduce it's size. OGG is an audio compression format like MP3 but it's supposed to give better quality with smaller sizes.
