Intro: hmm same problem as always: your melodies are always dull, you really have to practice on those.
Drums are quite OK, but sound a bit lowfi (in some parts) and don't have the same power as those in your last tracks. I guess the ghosts aren't executed that well, and your snare sounds a bit thin. You got some weird jumps in the volume of your drums here and there too, like you layered two patterns with the same drumsamples in some parts. Don't do that, it sounds... not good.
This is one of those, what I call "non-remixes". It has nothing to do with the original, exept for some effects and the vocals.
Your levels need work too. A lot of effects and the vocals are too loud.
The track lacks sub too, it sounds very flat.
Don't give up though, you'll get there some time...

Review:
LOL it's the first time I hear a harp being used in a dnb track I think
This stands miles away from your early work. The structure is good, nice building up, especially in the first half. Maybe stretch the intro a bit more before bringing in the bassline.
The balance is good too. Only the 'hahaa' at 2:11 is a bit too loud (cool sample btw, and nice reverb!!)
Try a different snare, and another sound for the snare fills. When the drum starts at 0:44 it sounds muffled, like it went through a low pass filter. Just replace the kick and snare with ones that sound a bit more open.
Drum programming is good, bassline is strange because it plays in chords.
The melodies are a bit static indeed, but that's hard to avoid when you use the mouse to draw melodies. Please take my advice and buy a MIDI keyboard!! Save a bit of cash and buy one such as the M-Audio Oxygen 8 or the Roland / Edirol PC160A. They both cost around 130 euro, which is a good investment - you'll notice your melodies will improve greatly when you can experiment with a keyboard!!

A keyboard might help indeed, but I never needed one to make more intresting melodies, but it does make the job easyer
I got an M-Audio Radium49 (4 ocatves, 8 sliders, 8 knobs, modulation and pitch bend) which is really nice and costs around ¤250

Listen you two, you think living in a poor country makes the buying of MIDI keyboard easier???
No really, 130 euros is about 2,5 multiplied by average Macedonian wage (monthly), so you see that I have not the resources to buy a MIDI keyboard.
But, listen to this:
I was intentional in buying a MIDI keyboard, so I browsed through here, and found Terratec 4 octaves, 4 knobs, 4 sliders, pitch and mod bend keyboard which costs 43 euros, and I can gather money enough to but that thing. I hope to earn some money by selling music here, and then I can buy something better.
Damn, we're poor.
I know that my melodies are static and all that stuff (bad mastering) but I have only half an hour a day for producing, and I just can't get all the ideas I want to work, and fix everything. The rest of the time is studying and working.
Nevermind, thank you for your useful comments
I really shall mend my self.

Aren't midi keyboars cheaper in your country too? Otherwise no one could afford them?

No. Any technology which is not manufactured in Macedonia (this includes: computer technology, sound & music technology, mp3 players, printers, dvd-cinema players etc.) keeps its price of the manufacturer, and that is about the height of 3 heavens in the sky compared with our wages.
But there are no problems, I save....
10x guys for supporting me!
