Yesterday afternoon I saw Mean Machine again ( The Monk Big Grin

) and Knock Around Guys. The latter is about the son of a mobb underboss who wants to be part of the family and has to do a job but fails in handling it succesfully so he wants to do whatever it takes to solve his problem. The cast is pretty diverse: Barry Pepper (Saving Private Ryan), Dennis Hopper (Speed), John Malkovich (Conair,Being John Malkovich and Seth Green (Austin Powers).
Although it's a typical Hollywood movie, thus most of the time predictable I had a good time watching it but that could be caused by the lack of sleep after Star Warz Big Grin

Tonight I'm gonna watch Ken Park and Animal Factory.

Final Destination was fine for one time. The sequel is just more of the same, so I skipped thatone.

I thought Knockaround Guys was pretty weak.

aha but final destination (the 2nd movie) is better than the first one imho, ok the story sucks bigtime but the accidents in the 2nd movie r much better done, real wikkid stuff inside ! such movies r watched for effects etc, not for a good story imo.

Fully second, the first was good coz of the weirdness of the story, the second is good coz of the weirdness of the way people die

i've seen "Gerry" today...
story... 2ppl(matt damon and casey affleck aka gerry) lost in the desert... walking ... lots of landscapes and piano tunes... walking... after 1h30min. gerry dies... the other one founds a road... end of story...i love it Smile

The 1st final destination was kinda unique... the second one was becaus they had to make a second 1 Smile

soo... i watched it with a bad idea about it... so it sucked... but the effects where super indeed... that airback scene... nice done.

I loved ken park becaus it just a teen movie that you don't see aften. The way the movie is made... scene after scene... it is not a straight movie, always different parts. ok, there is no story at all, but i just love the way they fuck around Smile

I just saw the 1997 remake of Lolita. It's A LOT like the original, so it's quite decent.

i only saw the second final destination, and indeed the story isn't that great. but the specials effects were superb!

i saw citade de deus a month ago.. now that's a good movie.

- Malibu's Most Wanted: Not funny at all, sucked completely. 1/10
- The Hot Chick: Niveau: 0, but very funny Big Grin

- Mystery Men: Wasn't very funny imo, but not really bad. 5/10
