To me it sounds ominous but in a cool way.
I hope that you manage to finish this in due time.
Later as the song progresses will you later put more drum sounds in between when the kick and snare hits? I think that's one option for you if you want.
I like this song quite a bit but the other one i commented on, I think I still like that one more. Good job so far though.

Nice n creepy 
Think it could do with anuther layer, maybe some creepy vocal sample to go with it, or a bassline.. Getting good vocal samples is a pain, I wish we could just sample absolutley anything and not have to worry abour getting bollockd for copyright lol.

Drums sound very "standard drumkit".
There's no bassline, just a bass loaded pad.

I like the intro and I like the first drop but after that it needs to lead into something else. Better baseline as battledrone stated. Better drums. Yours are way to synthetic unless your going for that sound. Needs some sort of mids to fill out the frequencies.
