the question is actually if political recordings are right-free.
the first drum n bass song I made contains samples of G.W. Bush jr..
but i dont know if I may upload it. It also contains a few break-loops wich i dont know if they're copyright free because i got these loops from a friend, who doesnt know where he got them.

anyway now i dont use much loops anymore and the ones I use come from copyright-free cd's like Future music and stuff like that.
In copyright matters its better to know what you cann or cannt do!!!!!
(I did already read the topic about Tv and movie sounds)

cheers

You can't use somebody's voice without the persons permission it's that simple. This is true for all samples.

this is not necessarily true......in many cases....check out Fair Use in The Copyright Act.......in fact.....I'll find a webpage for you and post the link here......got it......check this out http://www.bitlaw.com/copyright/fair_use.html and decide for yourself......fair use is like a no man's land......enter if you dare......but keep this in mind......i have a record with a song called "Evil Streets" on it which incorporates news and presidential recordings......but by no way is it a copyright infringement

Yup, Fair Use opens up a lot of stuff, but watch out, there are restrictions!
