I don't know the unit that well (have tried it out once for 15 minutes) but you should check for functions like distortion and ring modulation. Maybe it also has bit crunchers and simulated valve overdrive (check the manual). I'm 100% sure that you can make very dirty basslines with it
Be sure to read the manual completely and try out everything that is written in the manual, it will take you like 10 hours, but you'll know the machine inside out.
What you also can do is crank up the gain in your mixer, if it starts clipping it will sound a lot dirtier. And ofcourse you can add external effects such as distortion pedals etc
That's the beauty of using hardware
edit: I searched for more info and it appears that the unit I tried was the K-Station, the V-station is the software version of it
Still it remains the same, look in the manual for things like distortion, overdrive and ring modulation and play with that. I fear the software version will not sound as fat as the hardware version though, since you are limited by the quality of your host software and sound card.

Why don't you just say nothing then instead of making us so curious?

the best bassline have 3 defferent sources all filtered high and low to melt together. doing it this way gives you more control and the ability to fill up the mid to low end with bass. i have a few keybaords i use to bounce wav's out with but after i have all my source sounds it is all sample editing from there.
