like the M-Class Stereo Imager from Reason just as a vst plugin for windows systems

i only found the waves s1 but with this plugin you can only mono or widen the whole signal

Use the one from Izotope Ozone.
A good stereo imager lets you keep the low end mono and widen only above a certain frequency
Most DAWS have one built in.
