There's no exact formula for this.
The main trick is layering.
Take a snare with some nice shape (enough hi mids, long tale) and shape it some more by using distortion and a volume envelope if needed.
To get this snappy and strong attack you need to hunt through your sample collection and find another snare that has the desired sound.
The let them play together, take away the first bit of the attack of the first snare (by changing the volume envelope) and only use the attack from the second snare (again a volume envelope). Adjust the levels to make both snares blend and you are done.
