I dont have a clue how to describe this bass. But I've heard it in so many songs before. Could anyone give me a few pointers in how the sound is created? Im relatively new to producing. You can hear it in these songs:

I recall hearing it in a Chase & Status and Netsky track aswell
Oh and im a massive user btw.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

All right i tried to recreate it on massive, think i got pretty close.
i used 2 square-saw waves first one pitched down an octave and the second one pitched down 5 semitones with wavetable pos and intensity right up. to get the sub i used a sin-square wave pitched down 2 octaves with the wavetable pos at 0 and intensity right up, play with the amp on all 3 to how ever you want. i had osc 1 and 3 up to max and the 2nd to about 3oclock.
Route the first 2 oscs to filter 1 with a lowpass on it and have the cutoff around 9oclock then route an lfo onto the cutoff and lift it so its just over half way, choose the rate you want on the lfo and you should be pretty close. I put a dimension expander on it aswell as lifting the unison to 2 and having a fully inverted pan position.
But play around with all these, chuck in some automation, try and come up with something slightly different nobody wants to hear the same sound used over and over like modern talking.
Hope this helped
