I once complained to kozzmozz about several things with the email-adress on their site (info@kozzmozz.com i believe) and they were very understanding, and gave me free tickets to their next Star Warz party

IMO a bouncer has almost no power or control. They can loose their permit (if they have one) forever if they do something like that. Never heard such a story. But if it's true, your friend should of taken the second option and turn the bouncer over to the police.

Well, me to that's why they always leave me alone
(I was a bouncer meself for a while but quit because of those fucking assholes you find there. 
to much hormones and way too much air involved)
There are decent bouncers, but they are hard to find 
A good bouncer goes along with the vibe 
, those fucked up once are in it for the money and so called power they gain. 
The bouncers of kozzmozz 
are always causing trouble. And to think the are there to prevent fighting just makes me go nuttahs
