Interesting track but I'm just not hearing much but a drumline and the Tracy sample, it works but I kept waiting for some kind of drop where some of your own elements would come in, I think you should cut some of the low frequencies off the sample and fill the space with your own stuff. Yeah the whole purpose of this remix was to see if it could be done.. the original vocal was quite hard to work with, and the timing was less than perfect, but it helped me to learn the Audiobend tool in S1 (aka flextime).. also the mix of the original is flat as anything.. so I decided to process the hell out of it I know it's not for everyone; but I'm not too bothered as it is a booty and for me was the result of a number of technical challenges deliberately meant to test me. Lastik- that snare is integral to the soulpride break, I did nothing special to it other than process the entire break. Rythor- yeah true- but I figured less is more with this kind of track.. The kick might sound better if you use a high layer to punch threw the reverb on the other sounds. Good tune.
