Is that the female backingvocal-choir from Coolio's 'Gangsta Paradise' you sampled, there? Think about the copyright-issue!!!
Aggresive kickin' jump-up with good and useful variations in rhythm and melody.
If this track would be eq'ed, compressed, and mastered in a proper way, this would be a serious damage-bringer on the floor! Seriously. I wanna stress that. I do. I'm not kidding. Not at all. Not even a single milligram.... 
All i hear are mid's, no bass nor fine trebles, pity.

Soi's right about the frequencies. The basslis lacking a bit indeed, and there's almost no sub.
Drums are a bit too straight for my taste. Maybe some ghostsnares would make it more funky.
Other things I already said: good dancefloor smasher, nice bassline, good MCing.
Didn't hear that much difference with the other version?

so we can use it

No you can't use it!! I don't care where you got it from and who stole it from who, copyright is copyright!
It's now the third time I found a track posted by you that contains copyrighted samples. With all due respect but I don't trust anything you make anymore. I will remove all your tracks and revoke your producer rights.
If you make new tracks and you can guarantee me that they only contain self made samples I am willing to give you another chance.
