Seems a bit slow, not sure...
Breakbeat isn't bad, but quite primitive and basic. Shakers are a bit loud. Try adding some ghosts and hihats...
Melodies are strange and out of key with eachother.
Hoover stuf: nice, much better than the previous part.
The pitching up bassline is too loud...
Ah, vocals, expected some with a track by you, although I though you would have whole lyrics... Nice though, you don't have too change it
Breaks here are much better but still too loud shakers, and add some nice rolling ghosts again
Good start, but plenty of practicing needed...
2/5

Woah! I expected to get flamed badly. I think its slow too - i want that drop after the inhalation to b fucking insane... no ideas how to get there tho.
Ghosts? Shakers? I used all samples on audio channels in logic to make this, I arranged them to make breaks... is this how ur supposed to do things. I've tried mapping in exs24... kinda gay finished sound. Can't manipulate individual hits enough.
Do u use reason to build ur breaks? Is it worth me gettin this?

How can I sort the pitching up and down of the bassline to sound bettah?
Respect! Nice 2 know someone knows im an mc. I wanna do a long chours like spit at the begging "I've got 2 cuts, 2 cuts on my rizla, I'd like a zig-zag cos they stick bettah, why am i always waiting / round dealers, fuckin dealers time, money on my mind"
How can i ensure the quality of the recording is good (im using a fucking mic tht came wiv my pc) and that i dont get pops... i know using a pop stand is the obvious... any budget ways....?

Well, having agressive drums that roll and are beating do the track mostly. Getting this is just a matter of a lot of practicing on making breakbeats. Takes a couple of months AT LEAST to master this a bit.

Ghosts are shorter quiteter hits than the main hits that are placed in between. They are the onces that make a breakbeat roll and give it its depth. Doing good ghosts (mostly done with snares) is hard though.
The shakers are the hi thinges you used.

Sure, what program you use doesn't really matter, logic should be very good. It's just a matter of taste which program you like best... I use Buzz, most people don't like it...

No, I don't use Reason and no, if you're comfetable in Logic, there is no reason to switch, the one isn't better than the other, they're just different. You could try it out some time and switch if you like it better, but don't go buying it right away...

Lol, I know shit about music either, but I know when it sounds right or wrong... You'll have to refer to someone else than me for an explenation though...

There is a difference between not knowing something and being dumb (=not knowing even after you've been told)... No, the sounds you're referring too are reeces... They do sound a bit familiar, but reeces are more fit for basslines, often sound rougher and more agressive and are distorted, whereas hoovers are higher pitched and less agressive...

Yeah, just turn down the volume of it a bit

Erm, no I haven't done any good sounding mic recordings yet, my mic is probably worse than yours

Reeces are basslines with lots of distortion on it, not breaks

it's quite slow, but it doesn't matter, that piano like melody is really out of key, basslines are good, but one is quite overbassed - i think, great effects
And about production side of the track, you could work more ...
it's not my style, but i'd give it 3/5

That must be the weirdest tune i ever heard!!
after the 2:00 break the hard stuff enters. But it's got a huge electrofeel to it.
You did a funny but interesting job, though.
