I got 3 Roland S-760 samplers for sale, ¤400 each.
Normal second hand price of this unit is twice this price, it's a sampler that is very popular for its great sound. It's been used extensively for string sections in film scores because of the great sample CDs that are available for it, but ofcourse it works great for dance music too, and at this price it is ideal as a first sampler 
You can hook it up to software such as Recycle for dumping samples to the unit via MIDI or SCSI, so you can combine the power of the software with the sound of the sampler.
This unit is not in production anymore since 6 years and has a cult following, so it will probably be very valuable in a couple of years.
I can throw in a bunch of sample CDs for free! EG the renowned Bob Clearmountain CDs with excellent drum sounds.
Once you've worked with this and you've heard its sound quality and gorgeous filters you'll never want to go back to software samplers
It's got 6 outputs, stereo sampling inputs, SCSI connector for external HD / Zip drive / CD Rom. You can burn your own sample CDs using a program such as Chicken Systems Translator. You can hook up a monitor and mouse to the unit for full screen editing.

BTW the samplers are full loaded with 32MB RAM!!
