love the intro, very dark and techy sounding. sci-fi soundtrack type stuff...very minimal, done in a classic tech step way...nice

Deep, dark and dirty.

Not really a fan of where the sample came from, but you made good use of it.

Overall.... I like it a lot. Bigup

Yeah, nice intro indeed, daaaaaaaaaark Big Grin

Star Trek samples huh? Expected so when I saw the title Big Grin But good samples, and used well indeed.

The bassline kinda misses the bass when low notes are played... Maybe layer a sine?

Drums: nice. Quite some reverb, but nice.

Effects are dark as hell, really good!

The second bassline is nice too. More bassy, which is good, but the contrast in hi end with the other bassline is a bit too big. Try smoothening this (adding some hi end to the one, removing some from the otherone)

The sample with Picards voice is a bit too loud imho.

Bit overuse of vocals. Try cutting them here and there.

Sounds like you but some compression on the finished track? I can hear the volume change sometimes. This isn't a good thing to do. You can compress seperate tracks, but not a whole song, it's not good.

Gets a bit boring towards the end, since it's the same stuff all the time.

2.75/5

Dark thing, real nice effort with "the Borg theme" Big Grin
The overall feel I miss is a more filled up feeling. Those dark tracks are usually a bit fatter. I think some more sub couldn't hurt this track.
The problem with the difference of hi-end between the two bass lines Surya spoke about can also be tackled with the more sub bass option according to me. I think if those two sound both as fat, the hi-end won't bother that much.
The samples are used a bit too much for me, but they're good. Nice choice! Big Grin
