I have a huuuge problem: two of my favorit singels are deformed because of the sun. Is there any way to save them? A while ago I have heard something about ironing them, but I don't remember how I had to do it exactly.
Please help me

sorry bro...if theyre warped, but the grooves havent melted you can place a slight damp towel(not wet!) and then iron over the record to flatten it out...also you can try to bend it back yourself...vinyl is pretty durable...just dont go over board...it will snap...BUT...if the grooves are gone, you might as well pitch it...vinyl melts dude...i leanred the hard way too...last baout 200$ worth of it cause i left it in my friends trunk...(oh itll be ok) little did i knwo i got home andthe shit was fucked...your bust man..BUT you can try those ways...its worked for me before...but if the grooves are gone..pitch it and fork up the doug for replacements...everyone does it atleast once...

Try puttin them in between some heavy books.

A lot of my battle weapon vinyl was warped but because I left them in a big stack, without sleeves etc next to the decks for quick access, over time they 'un' warped themselves.

the only safe way i found to do it is to find yourself 2 really thick pieces of smooth glass and leave them in the sun till well into mid day then place the album in between them and let them cool. it works wonders. but watch out all your mates will be comin around because they dont have any 3inch glass paine laying about.
