Please check out my new track 'Intro (any Ideas)' and post your comments here!
Something I've started, not quite sure where to go with it. I think possibly Dillinja or John B terrain.
Any ideas?

Not a fan of the snare you used.
Ideas? Add a drop behind this

Nice punchy beat. The pad/fx sound need to be louder in the mix. It's up to you man. I would say its got more of a Dillinja vibe although the tune actually reminded me of Bad Company 'The Pulse'. Could try fading out and then coming in with some tearing lead/bass sound. All the best.

listening on headphones...mysterious athmosphere, like the drums, snare sounds nice, pads fit well, also like the bells, they add smth special, missin some more bass-action in general, keep goin with this one, great potential (maybe some vocals would fit in there too...) cheers !

I'm thinking metalheadz from the intro. ALthough I can definitely hear John B in there! Hmmm... You could go either way with this one. It sounds like you could get away with a liquid tune, techy tune, pretty much anything. Also has the potential to be a dark heavy roller? Quick question, where are you getting that sub bass from? What are you using? SOunds HEAVY, I'm trying to get that ear-hair tickling sound myself but I'm having no joy! Take a listen if you get a chance man, I need feedback too!

The intro certainly sounds like you should be going to the old school route with this. not sure about the jungle route though unless you plan to chop up those breaks but thats just my opinion as an old junglist. either that sub is really weak or the layered drums are a little overpowering, they seem a lot louder than the hi frequency break and i had to turn my system up to hear the sub. ive got the idea that this could switch up into some nasty old skool type hoovers followed by some techy bassline and a nasty drop into some dillinja type madness. Thats my pennies worth anyway, would like to hear the finished product
