Ok So this is like my first attempt on FLStudio at making the track, I know it needs work and other things are going to be added but would like other peoples ideas and thoughts on it first (:

Ultra-lame.
Intro is too long, snare is weak, sample is a nag, wobble isn't that great either.
Needs a lot of work.

Straight to the point, i like it.. Not bad for a first try though eh 
The intro is like a 2 verse intro, aint that like a common drop?

Gonna be totally honest here. It's not great..not by a long shot but it has some potential. The looney tunes theme and bugs sample I would loose. Those just give it a joke vibe and makes me think you're only making the tune for a quick laugh instead of putting the effort into making a serious track. The beat needs more. Like someone else said it's a really weak snare.
Here's what I liked.
The wobble is pretty standard but you can make it better. You obviously have a grasp of how to automate the lfo but the overall sound is just like everything else. Do something to make it stand out (layer it with something else maybe.)
The intro synth I really liked, layer that a couple times with flange, phase, delay and reverb and it would be totally sick.
For a first try it's a shit load better than the stuff I pumped out when I first tried to produce. Some parts have potential and you need to utilize them. Some parts need to be dumped.

I dont even get copyright, i found out a loonytoons video form ages ago and beens though i brought it its mine to use in anyway..

the samples are propper shite no offense, good for a first attempt drums need to be stronger that will come over time though when u realise techneques the wobble is a good start although it needs some fine tuning , i make predominantly jump up so any questions u got i would be happy to aswer keep at it matebecome a produceron here

I knew I could expect jump up type stuff when I heard the loony tunes sample at the start haha. Clownstep comes to mind haha
The bass wobble could a little bit more power, low end, drive, presence
Interesting you don't know what LFO is yet your bass is wobbling all over the place haha
It's definitely a concept song, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing in my eyes. I say keep it goofy!

I yearn for my lost youth. The loony sample is not so clear and the way you used it seem that it is more of a joke and not an intro. I would get rid of it and work with the other sounds that are less annoying. I'm going to go watch some cartoons brutha.

For a first try this isn't all that bad.
Make it louder, shorter intro, don't steal samples.
@Doolhoofd... patiently waiting to hear your first tune on here
