but the problem is if i try to match it with the project tempo its out of sync, does anybody have any tricks to solve this problem?

there are several ways you can do it, the best 2 would be either:
add a fruity slicer to your channels and whack the sample in that (after maybe going into a wave editor and cutting silence off from the start of the sample), a bit of tweaking in slicer should sort it out (changing the bpm to match your track, setting the correct number of bars and maybe even setting the slices manually)
or drop it into a sequencer track, use the timestretch knob on the channel settings box to make the beats line up, set the method to pro transient, or which ever is best (jus tnot re-sample or tonal!) and then use the cut tool to slice up the sample manually
the 2nd is better if you dont wish to slice it, as sometimes FL slicer leaves unwanted clicks and pops at the start and end of each slice which are noticable in the mix
