Please check out my new track 'Swing Step' and post your comments here!

Whats up dnb.be people! Been a long ass time since I have been on here....been mad busy! Anyways just got some free time, and worked on this. My first track made with FL. Ive been using AcidPro forever now, and it was time for a change. This is a preview, so cut me some slack on the reviews, but wanna know what yall think. Still rough, missing buildup to drops-atmo-etc.

Hey Philthy, Spectral here. Like the pad elements you have used. The hi-hat really jumps out of the mix and is a bit distracting. Like your build-up noises in the background.

not too familiar with this genre in all honesty but not bad, reckon you could use more sub bass to achieve a dubbier feel, which the drums manage to do quite nicely. also reckon a vocal sample wouldnt go a miss but im a sucker for these so i would say that ha

Ez,
Typing as I listen.

Intro is good. Solid image. Drums @ 0.15 are tight!
The sweeps that pan up and down are ok.. bit dry tho.
Like the bass tone at 0.45
Interesting tempo of thr drums.. steppy> I like it.

Needs more going on in the break perhaps as its very 2dimensional at the moment.

Fall Effect @ 2.10 seems overly loud and abrupt in stopping/starting.

Nice to hear something different at 140 Smile

tres bassy kicks, and i like your snare sound.

when it kicks in its a very relaxed sound love the hats and ghost toms/snares/ whatever they are. the bass line is really good - nice and varied and that sound at 2.05 wow, very chilling. id like to see what this is like when its finished, youre using FL right!
