Please check out my new track 'Urban Shakedown - Some Justice' and post your comments here.

I made a remix of their (his/her) track, and I made some adjustments to be different although it is the same track.

Used the vocal and the vibes, but nothing else. I hope you like it

Confused Berry interesting intro. I like it. i'm all for changing the system, its nice to hear someone not really hit the same old nail on the coffin. you have some good elements, very ecclecitc to be fully dancefloor runnin. good use with the vocals tho. its a nice change

um the intro can go...im sorry...the bell pads are not working with the rest of the track...also the bass could be a tad louder...(some compression maybe imo) also the drums could stand out more...(more mid and some compression imo) and about the middle of the track it sounds lie your fading the bass in and out with a (up) fader on a mixer...although it sound cool, it wouldnt make it a good track to play live (imo)...all in all i thinkits a good track, but it needs some work...good work...peace

Seems like you overdid a bit on the lower freq's: it all sounds kinda fuzzy.
Concerning vocal: bwah, i'm not a fan of these 'Feel the music, feel your body & your soul'-ibiza-house-like things (but that's purely subjective info)
The bass: ok, but you also use a 2nd staccato-like bass, and that sound is awful, modulate it a bit or something.
Drums: could use some layering. It has hardly a rolling, danceable feel
Fx + intro: really nice

Weird intro man, sounds really strange

About the vocals: they sound very early 90s commercial dance style... missa don't like that much.

Bassline is ok, but out of key with the vocals, I think you mis some musical background to get that right?

About the quality: waaay too much compression: you can hear the volume of the bassline pump with each kick.

Drums themselves are quite ok, but the kick needs less bass and more mid.

1.5/5

Soi's right bout the ibiza-thingie. It also don't really fit wid the other sounds imo. Track isn't really 'flowing' the way it should.

now keep in mind i love vocals but not these. they fit the track but they really arent my cup of tea.

They just seem to override the whole track and imo they should accentuate a track not carry it.

otherwise its good they bass switchups are very nice.
the buildup leaves a bit to be desired.

3/5

Hey men, thanx for all your replies. I tried to fix the track, but that didn't go easily, so I translated to creating new ones. Bigup for you all! Smile
