Something i worked on on/off for a while. Finally finished it up today. Started this after loads of listens to Genotype's LP so it sounds very dub. First foray into the minimal stuff, which tbh isnt my cup b/c i find it kinda boring. Also, this sits at 170bpm so a bit slower than my usual tempos. Still was fun to make & i think it has decent flow for being a minimal tune. Nice warm sub, with those dubby delays, when the shuffles with the hats drop i love where this is heading, rolling along really nicely. Love your pad and delay fx samples. Not really much I can say as I don't know too much about minimal dnb. If it was my tune, I might add more fx/vocals to the drop just to keep the interest there. Typing as I listen.. sexy atmos and imaging in the intro.. shame the pad is so dry.. especially when u have the lovely dub horns.. break pan is interesting break itself is pretty cool. when the sub kicks in its sucking your break a bit- try some sidechain? just a little.. Dunno if this is really that minimal tbh, you have lots of stuff going on (or at least it really sounds like that), all works very smoothly, great work.
