Please check out my new track 'Suffering For You (wip Clip)' and post your comments here!
Yes, a wippy clippy of my latest.
Just the drop for now
It's also unfinished, so hence it may sound empty in several areas.
I really need some mastering advice on this because I've listened to it waaay too many times and I have no idea what I think of it anymore :/
Pleeeeease review :') <3

Nice vibe overall.
Need some EQing tho, for example there are some nasty peaks in the higher range of the vocals. Put an EQ-notch in the vocals where the peaks occur.
Also bring out the mids in the bass. If that causes some clashing, put a notch in anything that comes in the way
The whole tune is maybe a bit overcompressed?
Anyway good one man, keep at it

Safe Muzzy, Pace here. I know EXACTLY what you mean! Probably the best thing is not to listen to the tune for at least 48 hours. Or maybe burn it to CD and play it round somebody else's house and make a list of what needs tweaking. I would compress your sub further and bring the level up so it is rock solid in the mix. In places it (the sub) feels quite dancefloor shaking, but then doesn't rumble in other parts. Our first tune we uploaded to the site (Sweat) got worked on intensively for over 2 months. In the end, the tune just got worse and worse and worse. Your ear gets tired of hearing the same stuff so your reaction is to lower levels of sounds that you 'perceive' to be too loud, or too harsh. The best advice I could give is, like I said, don't listen to this tune for at least a while and come back to it with 'fresh' ears. All the best, Pace.
P.s. Are you happy with the way you have panned stuff in this tune? Just curious.

Thats really good advice
I've been working on this on and off for 4 months (as well as 17 other tunes at the same time o.O) I shall stop listening to it for a while
Cheers Pace!

No problem.
I don't know whether this is true or not, but apparently, the best tunes get started and completed within 10 hours (1-2 days depending on how much time you have available).
I heard that Spor completed 'Aztec' in around 5 hours.
Would be interested to hear what other people think about this.
All the best, Pace.

Usually that is the case,
but for me the longer I work on tracks the better they come out and the more popular they are

very very big dancefloor sounding. some work on the mix could help give things space as there's a lot going on in parts. I'd consider droping some elements when the vox are in. Sometimes bass, drums & vox works wonders. watch out with those vocals clipping in spots. this is a banger fo sho.

Whoa, I really like this one!
My favorite part was was from 1:27 on.
First off, it sounds a lot like Pendulum, in a way. That's a good thing. I love Pendulum.
The beats are fast, consistent (i.e. no glitchy, messy feel to them), have a mean hook to them, and just feel right. Fantastic work on the beats, they're great!
The horn section works really well with the track. At first I wasn't big on them, but then they grew on me. Good work with those!
This is a minor gripe, but the only thing I really don't like are the vocals. Sometimes they feel like they don't fit in with the track. The vocals also sound a lot like Pendulum's, too.
Overall, I really like this track! It's got great rhythm, beats, and is just a mean, head bopping track.
Awesome work, man!

Haha yeh it's Pendulum/Dj Fresh influenced
Like I said, the whole thing is very unfinished so it may sound a bit weird or empty at several points. Just wanted some opinions on the mastering and the overall vibe
cheers mate!

Safe Muzzy. You didn't get back to me about the panning and whether or not you were happy with it. The vibe is good though.
Respect,
Pace

Heavy, i would make the snare a little snapier, if i could man, youre way above my cealing hah. See you're goin for the commercial vibe, not too fond of it, to pendulumish (new adjective for describing very commercial rocky dnbsound haha)
But youve got talent man, this would smash the dancefloor, though the drums could roll little more.
RESPECT
