Vinyls always have a certain key, like B8 or A3
Does anyone know what are the ground notes of those keys?

My songs usually sound off key to most of the songs out there, so I wonder what the best ground note to use is.

Use any, but do use one...
Why am I saying this? You can start with some randomly tuned instrument and tune all other other instruments to that so all in all the tune sounds ok, but as a whole it is off tone --> Bad.
Also pitch bending because of speed changes when mixing can cause tunes to go off tone.
I almost always write in B or C, I love a B note somehow.

Yes, you're right, but is there some kind of index to see which note is which vinyl key?

I thought vinyl could be in whatever key the music is written in...

You're best bet is to play a track you like and then draw in notes in your piano roll until you match the chords.

That might indeed still be the best option

There's no such thing as a vinyl key.
Back in the days of Mozart & Bach when there wasn't any vinyl they wrote music in a key as well. Just checkout this Wikipedia article on the subject....
